Regain Your Confidence in the Bedroom!

“Regain Your Confidence in the Bedroom!” by Steven Johnson

As we get older we all know that health problems start to arise. Even if we take extremely good care of our health over the years, it doesn’t always prevent health problems from occurring later down the line. As men and women start to get older one thing that starts lacking from our bodies is our stamina, sex drive and endurance. For many people this can be a huge problem because even though they are healthy enough to have sex, they are either unwilling and have no ambition to do so.

As women grow older their libido (or sex drive) begins to lack, which is common in women, rare in men. There has been a reported several million women who suffer from what is now known as female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD). Women who experience this disease often don’t have trouble having orgasms; they only have issues with their minds not being turned on, or not having any real desire to make love. Fortunately for many women low lacking libido is only temporary. For others they need to seek help from a medical expert or a psychosexual physician.  Some of the more known physical causes of a low libido can be any of the following:

  • Anemia, which is very common in women because of iron loss during periods.
  • Drug abuse.
  • Alcoholism.
  • Post-baby coolness, a term we have coined for the loss of libido that often happens after childbirth. It is almost certainly linked to hormonal changes that occur at this time. The general trauma of childbirth also plays a part - and after having a baby, many women are too exhausted to think about sex.
  • Major diseases such as diabetes.
  • Other hormone abnormalities: leading Swiss gynecologist Dr Michael Nemec claims that abnormalities in the production of luteinising hormone (LH) often cause lack of desire. And top British gynecologist John Studd says that many women who have lost their libido lack androgenic (male) hormones. This view remains controversial.
  • Hyperprolactinaemia - a rare disorder in which the pituitary gland is overactive.
  • Prescribed drugs, particularly tranquillizers.

Now men on the other hand are far less likely then women to experience a low libido. Instead it is more common for men to develop erectile dysfunction. Men who do experience a low lacking libido normally do not have any problems getting erections, but instead lose the desire to have sex altogether. For every 15 men who have ED only 1 male has a low lacking libido. With men there can be physical or psychological causes of erectile problems:

  • Abuse of drugs such as cocaine
  • Obesity – quite common; slimming down will often help.
  • Hyperprolactinaemia – a rare disorder where the pituitary gland produces too much of the hormone prolactin.
  • Anemia - unusual, unless the man has been bleeding for any reason.
  • Alcoholism – quite common.
  • Prescribed drugs – particularly Proscar (finasteride), a tablet used for prostate problems.
  • Any major disease such as diabetes.
  • Low testosterone level - contrary to what many people think, this is rare, except in cases where some injury or illness has affected the testicles.
  • Depression – very common.
  • Stress and overwork.
  • Serious relationship problems with your partner.
  • Latent homosexuality.
  • Hang-ups from childhood.

Men are normally more adamant about resolving their sexual problems then women, but that isn’t to say women don’t want help as well. There are several all natural supplements that can help both men and women regain their confidence in the bedroom. Stiff4Hours has been scientifically formatted to increase pleasure, hardness, and endurance while intensifying orgasms. Men looking to increase and intensify their stamina, recovery, and sexual performance turn to Stiff4Hours for relief. “Stiff4Hours promotes a firmer, longer lasting erection, as well as a near instant recovery time. Many men also experience heightened self-confidence levels because they don't have to worry about ever leaving their partner unsatisfied.” One capsule can last up to 72 hours, giving you all the time you need to get down to business. There are always risks when taking sexual enhancement supplements so it is always a good idea to check with your physician before starting any new medication.
