Carbohydrates are your main source of energy for your body. A carbohydrate is a combination of molecules. These are carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, phosphorus sulphur and nitrogen. Understanding the difference of good and bad carbs is essential in keeping your body healthy. There are hundreds of random and controlled studies that show people who have a high carb diet are not only healthier but slimmer as well compared to people who are on a low carb diet.

Many people believe eliminating carbs from your diet is a good thing, in actuality it is not. Almost half of your daily calorie intake should come from carbs. This molecule fuels your body with the energy your need for your central nervous system also known as the brain. You may increase your risk of a heart attack and other diseases by eliminating the good carbs from your diet. These carbohydrates are necessary for giving your body the proper nutrients you body needs. And without them you are susceptible for disease.

There are two types of carbohydrates. Knowing the difference between the two is important, because the difference in these two carbs can have a significant impact on your body. The first carb we are going to talk about are the simple or “bad” carbs. These consist of table sugar and candies that are digested quickly and give you a “sugar buzz.” Bad news, after this buzz is gone your body crashes. You will have energy for only a very short period of time. When you are done eating these things and the carbs disappear you are left even hungrier than you were before. This type if intake can give you a high blood sugar level, this is why this type of carbohydrate is known for being “bad.”

The other type of carb we are going to talk about is a complex or “good” carbs. These consist of rich in fiber foods like fruits, grains, and potatoes. These foods are usually high in nutritional value and help you feel more satisfied after eating them. Whole grain foods have a thick fiber coating that releases sugars and starches at a slow rate so your blood sugar levels will not rise too high. Most people only eat one whole grain food a day; this means that they need to almost triple that intake.

When your body intakes these carbs it is supplying glucose to your muscles. When it breaks down it uses alpha amylase. Our body is almost like a plant it takes in this chemical and does a one of three things with it. First it can take this glucose and uses it right away for fuel it needs at that time. Second it can take it and store it in your body for future energy. Lastly, if there is already too much glucose in your body it simply turns the glucose into fat. Dietrine Carb Blocker allows the carbs to pass into the body with less caloric intake, meaning it reduces the carb intake.
