“No More Joint Pain With ArthroPain” by Steven Johnson

Joint pain can be brought on by many things; it can be cause by injuries, illness, infections, and aging. It can cause a great deal of stress in your life and restrict you from doing normal daily activities. You could turn to over the counter medication or pain killer but with that comes many negative side effects. Here are some natural ways to help deal with your joint pain.

If you have chronic joint pain one of the main factors that could be contributing to the pain is being over weight. Having extra weigh on your joints is bad for you joints, it will cause more pain in your joints and if you where to injure your joint it would make a slower healing time. Being over weight put extra strain on the joints especially the larger bearing joints like the knees, hips, and the balls of your feet. It have been estimated that every pound of body weight puts at least 3 pounds of stress on the knees and even more on your hips, so by losing just 10 pounds you would take off 30 pounds of weight stress off your knees!

If you have painful joints you should also be excising. And this isn’t just for people that are over weight, its good for people with joint pain. It has shown that people with arthritis who exercise have seen improvements with there pain. Older adults with osteoarthritis can improve balance and posture by doing weight lifting and walking at least 3 times a week. Its probably not a good idea to go jogging if your knees are hurting your but it is good to go for a walk to get your knees moving and stretch them out. Other exercises that are good on the joints are swimming, bike riding, and yoga.

Also use dives that will help keep the weight of the joints that are bother your. Like if your knees are hurting try using a cane to shift the weight to the other knee or use crutches or a walker to keep the weight of both knees. They also have wedged insoles that you put into your shoes that will help cushion your feet as you walk and will help distribute your body weight and reduce joint stress.

Some other great ideas to help your with your joint pain is going to get a message. How can you say no to this? This will help your relax and will help improve your circulation to the joints. It will also help relax the muscles around the joints witch in turn help your move more freely. Also try using cold and heat therapy such as putting a ice pack on the joint for a half hour then switch to a heat patch this will help with inflamed joints.

Another thing I would recommend doing is taking an all natural supplement call ArthroPain by Bell. This supplement goes to work right away to help comfort stiff joints and aching muscles. And if you take it everyday it will help the body repair, rebuild, and recover your painful joints.
