"Get A Better Nights Rest With AloeRest" by Steve Johnson

It seems like these days no one can get a good nights rest anymore. The one chance you have to just lay down and go to bed, your too busy worrying about tomorrow and the stress its brings. Or maybe you just can’t fall asleep. Here are some simple solutions to your sleepless nights.

First and foremost cut the caffeine out of your diet. Ok so you love you soda once in a while, but did you know that caffeine can take as long as 8 hours to wear off. If your think your cant totally cut caffeine out of your diet then try to stop drinking it at least four to six hours before you go to sleep.

Stay away from alcohol. You may think that alcohol will make you fall asleep faster, in which some cases it does but it also cause disturbances in your sleep. You are more likely to wake up in the middle of the night and you don’t fell as rested in the morning after drinking the night before.

Relax before you go to sleep. One of the number one causes of not being able to sleep is stress; this is because stress creates mayhem on your sleep. By giving your self at least 10 minutes to wind down before you go to bed, by reading a book or listening to music, you can create a ritual for your self so that when you are ready to sleep you can actually fall asleep. Stay away from watching TV before you go to bed, the bed should be used for sleeping and sex only associating it with other things can throw u sleep cycle off also.

Eat the right food before your go to bed. Try not to go to bed on a full stomach but also on an empty stomach also. Some foods that may help you sleep is a warm glass of milk, this is because milk contains tryptophan, which is a substance that promotes sleep. Other foods that could help promote sleep are; oats, tuna, turkey, eggs, peaches, walnuts, artichokes, avocados, bok choy, and bananas.

Make sure your bedroom is good for sleeping. They say that the temperature of the room should be between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit, anything over or below that can mess up your sleep. Also make sure your room isn’t to bright, close your blinds and if you wake up and need to use the bathroom use a night light; because if you where to turn a bright light on it could wake you up making it more harder for you to fall back asleep.

In some studies it has shown that working out during the day can help with insomnia. But this has to be regular exercise; I wouldn’t recommend you doing this at night time if you are the type of person who gets energized after your work outs, but in the morning or early afternoon.

Another thing you could try is an all natural sleep aid called AloeRest by U.S Aloe. This product will help you sleep more soundly, get to sleep faster, and wake up more refreshed.
