Doe's your Appetite Seem to never stop. You just ate dinner an hour ago and you’re eating again. Believe it or not many American's have this problem where there appetite is constantly on overdrive, but lucky for you guys there are some solutions out there to help you control it.

To prevent getting hungry between meals try splitting your meals up, if you eat 3 meals a day try breaking them up into six meals a day. Say you have a soup and sandwich for lunch, eat your sandwich for lunch then a little later eat your soup. This will Help your body feel fuller longer and help you from snacking all the time.

Another great way to control your appetite is to eat fiber. What fiber does is fill you up and makes you feel fuller for longer period of time. Your body also needs more time to digest fiber. Snacking on veggies is a great way to fill up on fiber with out all the calories, also whole grain bread, beans, and protein rich cereals are a great form of fiber.

Eat slowly, when eating a snack or a meal take your time, why? That’s because it takes 20 minutes for your brain to receive a signal that it’s full. So if you were to rush eating your food you would be over eating and in return you get the bloating feeling. Some ideas for snacking that will slow you down are air-popped popcorn, baked chips with low-fat salsa, veggies with a low-fat dip, apples and peanut butter, and low fat cottage cheese and strawberries.

Before you dine out try snaking first. Even if you don’t feel hungry before you go out chances are, that when you get there and smell the food you’ll get hungry. So before you head out try snaking on a handful of nuts (especially almonds, and walnuts). The protein in these nuts will help curb your appetite and make it easier to say no to the fatty entrée on the menu. Also when dinning out ask your waiter to pack half of the meal up, because at most restaurants they give you well over a serving size.

Another great way to stop over eating is to exercise. When you feel a binge coming on head to the gym, or go for a walk, what this does is gets your mind thinking about something else in return making you forget that you were hungry.

Drink more water. Most People make the mistake of hunger when it’s really thirst. By drinking water your making your body think it’s full when really it’s not full from food but water. You should drink at least 8 glass of water daily and next time you feel hungry try drinking a glass of water and see if you were really hungry in the first place.

If that’s still not good enough try using a supplement called Suprexin, it delivers a smooth, consistent energy without the "jitters," regulating metabolism and maintaining stamina throughout the day.
