Abs: The Inside Story
So what is it about the fat found in the abdomen that makes it so hard to lose? It has to do with the type of fat found in the abdomen and the specific characteristics of that fat.
Understanding the details of the fat found in the abdomen can give us great insight on how to target it more specifically.
Abdominal fat is much more sensitive to a certain hormone which enlarges the fat. There are basically two different types of fat in the body. The first is outer fat found under the skin surface. The second is intestinal fat which is deep in the abdomen. Now, this is important. It is possible to reduce the surface fat in the body but still have significant abdominal intestinal fat.
That's why, even when people become super thin and have no visible fat on their body, they often still have a pot belly. That is because the intestinal fat is still collected deep in the abdomen.
We found in a number of research studies on laboratory animals, later confirmed in human studies, a substance called Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). Studies of CLA suggest that CLA decreases body fat in three ways:
1: CLA decreases body fat mass by decreasing the amount of fat that is stored after eating
2: CLA increases the rate of fat breakdown in fat cells
3: CLA increases the rate of fat metabolism which decreases the total number of fat cells.
You can think of CLA as a match that lights the fuse in fat. This fuse increases the metabolic rate of fat that can result in subsequent fat loss.
Studies have shown that you can reduce abdominal fat within 4 weeks.
ABGONE contains a good dose of CLA. There are also a number of other beneficial effects to CLA that help decrease the future storage of fat.
CLA interferes with an enzyme called lipoprotein lipase (LPL).
LPL is an enzyme that helps store fat in the body. So, by inhibiting this fat-storing enzyme LPL, CLA can help reduce the re-accumulation of fat. CLA also helps the body use its existing fat for energy, thereby increasing fat oxidation and energy expenditure.
Tip # 1: Do Resistance Exercises
We all know that exercise helps burn calories but what's really interesting is that researchers from the University of Missouri say that your metabolism is increased for up to nine hours after just one weight training session! Resistance training with weights has been shown
to boost growth hormone (GH) levels which can have a positive influence on fat loss. You need to exercise all muscles once a week with resistance exercise. It is important to exercise the muscles of the abdomen twice a week. Please remember not to over train
your abs as over training can sometimes be worse than under training. It's all aboutintensity and abdominal muscle contraction. Perform exercises like crunches, breathing all your air out on the way up, and leg raises hanging from a bar or lying on a bench. By targeting the upper and lower abdominal muscles, you will be on your way to great abs!
Tip # 2:
Determine the amount of calories per day you need to ingest in order to lose body fat. Determine the amount of protein you need each day in order to retain lean body mass.Do not skip Meals
Tip # 3: Take CLA
CLA is a polyunsaturated, conjugated fatty acid that is a natural part of human diet through its presence in meat and dairy products. But supplementation is the only way to get efficacious doses. It reduces body fat without changing body weight.
Tip # 4: Lower Cortisol Levels
A major risk factor to increasing abdominal fat is the hormone Cortisol. Cortinsol is the primary glucocorticoid. It is a natural hormone of the adrenal glands. It is necessary to maintain important processes in times of prolonged stress. But, in excess, it can be very catabolic and cause muscle breakdown and other detrimental effects such as abdominal fat accumulation. Stress causes a release of Cortisol. Cortisol causes a redistribution of body fat to occur. Basically, the extremities lose fat and muscle while the trunk and face become fatter.
Tip # 5: Lower Excess Water Weight
Have you ever noticed that your body fat levels have been dropping but you still don't see your abs? This is a perfect example of excess body water. Water retention usually caused by excess sodium intake. Food that are high in sodium include canned tuna, gravies, sauces,
and breads. It is very important to maintain a 3:1 ratio of potassium to sodium for optimal water balance. Foods that are high in potassium include bananas and dates. There is good news however. By reducing excess water weight using a key proven herb, you can help support the loss of excess body water. This can help tighten the skin and help show the abs better.
Tip # 6: Lose the Booze
A study published in the journal of Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism found that lipids accumulate in most tissues in which ethanol is metabolized. Alcohol seems to not only cause more fat storage but also lowers fat metabolism. Other research out of Sweden actually found that when comparing non-drinkers to recreational drinkers, the alcohol consumers had two to three times the number of abdominal deposits --- OUCH!
I guess they call it a BEER BELLY for a reason. If you want to have a lean abs, it is best to put the alcohol back on the shelf and leave if there!
Tip # 7: Manage Estrogen Levels
For men, managing estrogen levels can help limit fat storage in the abdomen region.Higher estrogen levels in men can cause abdominal fat storage, bloating, gynecomastia (male breast growth) and fatigue. Estrogen is actually considered by leading authorities to be one of the body's most powerful fat storage hormones.
Make sure that you don't have any mineral deficiencies such as calcium or zinc as this may be linked to estrogen. Plus drinking green tea and eating flaxseeds many help as well. Now that you know the "secrets" to getting fabulous abs, its time to incorporate
them into your fitness program. Knowledge is Power!!
To summarize the supplements that target abdominal fat and water:
1 = CLA directly stimulates belly fat loss by increasing thermo genesis in abdominal fat and helps inhibit the storage of fat in the future.
2 = Phosphatidylserine lowers Cortisol levels which have been clearly linked to increasing abdominal obesity and causing binge eating -- not to mention increasing stress!
3 = Dandelion Root supports optimal body water balance --- This reduction in excess water weight can really help "bring" the abs out!
This is where AbGone can help!
